Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center ("The Center", "our", "us", "we"). By visiting the Website, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Statement may be changed or updated at any time. Personal information

We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. For example, if you decide to contribute to the Stonewall Forever collection or contact us, make a donation, or register for an event or register for our newsletter, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and location, as well as other personally identifiable information that you decide to share with us ("Personal Information").

Aggregate information

When you visit our Website, we automatically collect Aggregate Information about your visit. Collecting this information helps us to improve our Website to enhance your experience while on our Website, communications and our work. "Aggregate Information" is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of our Website, the number of visits to our Website by you, types of browser used by you, cookie preferences or search terms entered by you. Stonewall Forever Collection

If you submit any information and materials to us via the Website for use as part of the Stonewall Forever collection, we will consider it for inclusion as part of a collection online which is available to the public at Google Arts & Culture and at The LGBT Community Center's National History Archive in New York. We will contact you to obtain permission before making any of the information and materials that you provide public, however, we may otherwise use and retain the information and materials you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy

Rock The Vote

The information you submit in connection with the Rock the Vote submission forms is provided to Rock the Vote and not The Center. To be clear, we do not receive or retain any information submitted via the Rock the Vote forms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Rock The Vote. You should read Rock the Vote’s privacy policy to determine how they use the information submitted by you.

Information usage and disclosure

By providing us with your Personal Information you consent to receive information and updates regarding our Website. We will only use your Personal Information described herein, unless you have specifically consented to another type of use, either at the time the Personal Information is collected from you or through some other form of consent from you or notification to you.
